The safari industry has changed along with its clients over the past 50 years. No longer are children banished and not heard and not even taken along. Some lodges and camps have taken a much more proactive stance concerning children by offering exclusive children's programmes including, in some cases, an almost educational introduction to life in the bush and its fauna and flora.

  • Kapama River Lodge

    The child-friendly Kapama River Lodge offers so much for your little ones to do. For the smaller children, there is a fully equipped play area including and TV with DVD. There is also special child orientated interpretive bush walks around camp, fire making and spoor casting and safari based games.
