Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve is situated within one of the oldest and largest proclaimed private reserves in Africa - the world-renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve.
The reserve with diverse habitats hosts some 200 species of wildlife including lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, elephant, cheetah, wild dog. Sabi Sabi offers those interested in birding a listing of a remarkable 350 species recorded.

Each of the 25 spacious, air-conditioned thatched suites is beautifully appointed, featuring exquisite ethnic décor in keeping with the bushveld environment. The en-suite bathrooms feature glass-fronted indoor showers, affording beautiful views of the bushveld.
Each suite offers huge viewing decks with private plunge pools providing an ideal setting in which to spot wildlife, do some bird watching or just lie back and relax.
Two very spacious suites are available, each with two en-suite bedrooms, private swimming pool and central lounge area.
Meals, including the wonderful dinners in the open air boma, are heralded by blasts on a kudu horn, a summoning to delicious food. Savour excellent African and fusion cuisine at bush Lodge or have dinner in outdoor 'boma'.
The main lodge area hosts a bar, cocktail lounge and that famed wine cellar.
An expansive wooden deck with views onto the waterhole and Msuthlu riverbed is connected to the spacious thatched central guest area. The central guest area offers indoor dining, a quiet relaxing lounge and safari shop all wrapped in luxuriously appointed decor with an African theme.
Two swimming pools overlooking a waterhole near the central lodge area are the perfect spots to sit back, relax and watch the surrounding wildlife.
Morning and evening game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicle are part and parcel of ones safari experience in the Sabi Sabi Game Reserve. All safaris a led by highly qualified guides and trackers.
After morning game drives and breakfast, should you desire there are short walking safari options on the cards. A great way to stretch those legs while viewing Africa's wildlife and birdlife on foot.
Afternoon into evening game drives are in our opinion; the highlight. En-route, stopping for sundowners and being witness to how the bushveld and wildlife behaviour changes once the night falls.
Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge is exceptionally family and child-friendly with age-appropriate activities ranging from the EleFun Centre were 4-8-year-olds will love spending their time to the Junior Trackers Programme were 9-12-year-olds learn all about the African bushveld.
Family suites and child-friendly meals are of course available.
