Matobo National Park is open to the public year-round, with summer being warm with occasional thunderstorms and winter being cool and dry.
There really is no such thing as the best time to visit; the park is fantastic any time of the year.

Matobo Hills are home to granite outcrops, both ancient and recent history, Cecil John Rhodes' grave, World's view and an exceptional Black and White Rhino breeding program.
All of this in an area that was formed well over 2000 million years ago.
