Tarangire has one of the highest elephants populations in the country, as well as being strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes this a beautiful and special location. Accommodation within the Tarangire consists of small and personal game and safari lodges. Well worth the visit.
Tarangire National Park is synonymous with huge elephant herds, baobab trees and tree climbing lions. With the Tarangire river coursing through the reserve, the park attracts many migratory animals from other areas as well as being a bird watchers haven with over 550 recorded species.
