Shipwreck Lodge is one of the more uniquely designed lodges that one can ever hope to visit. Located inside the famed "Skeleton Coast National Park" and surrounding by the stark realities that only a true desert can offer.
Sand dunes, rugged coastlines, icy cold Atlantic Ocean, wind-swept plains and not forgetting the desert wildlife that surrounds including desert lion, elephant and rhino to mention but a few.
Walk the beaches and marvel at the birdlife, game drive the desert and spot desert-adapted wildlife and explore century-old shipwrecks, this is a day in the life of one that visits Shipwreck Lodge.

Shipwreck styled wooden suites are spaced out over the surrounding dunes far enough apart to ensure a high degree of privacy. All ten suites have been designed in the style of a shipwreck and decorated in colours and materials that suite and highlight the surrounding landscape.
