Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Mount Kenya Area
- After we are collected from our hotels we are transferred to Nairobi's Wilson Airport for our flight to Nanyuki.
- After landing we are transferred to Solio Lodge, our home for the next two nights in the private Silio Reserve.
- We arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon siesta.
- A late afternoon game drive is on the cards before returning to camp for dinner.
- Meals: Full Board
- Accommodation: Solio Lodge
Day 2: Mount Kenya Area
- Numerous activities today in a reserve that hosts black and white rhino as well as lion, cheetah, leopard and giraffe to name a few.
- Activities include; game drives, walking safaris, horseback safaris and mountain biking options.
- Dinner around an open fireplace with a glass of wine in hand, what could be better.
- Meals: Full Board
- Accommodation: Solio Lodge
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
- After breakfast, we head to the airstrip for our flight to the amazing Masai Mara region.
- We arrive at Sala's Camp in time for lunch and a short siesta before heading out on a Masai Mara game drive.
- We return to camp at sunset for sundowner drinks and dinner.
- Meals: Full Board
- Accommodation: Sala's Camp
Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve
- Today is all about game drives, wildlife and the Masai Mara.
- Early morning, late morning and afternoon game drives are available.
- Optional hot air balloon safaris are available but do need to be booked in advance.
- Meals: Full Board
- Accommodation: Sala's Camp
Day 5: Kenya Best Of Both Safari Ends
- Final early morning game drive and then depart on the 11:00 flight back to Nairobi.
- On arrival in Nairobi, we transfer to our Nairobi hotel or International Airport for our flight home.
- Meals: Breakfast
