Day 1: Okavango Delta

  • Depart Maun on a shared light aircraft charter flight to Sanctuary Baines’ Camp. The flying time is approximately 15 minutes.
  • On arrival at theairstrip a Baines' Camp safari vehicle and guide will meet and transfer you to the camp.
  • The transfer time is approximately 45 minutes from the airstrip to the camp.
  • Whilst en-route you have the chance to spot your first wildlife and bird sightings of your safari in Botswana.
  • The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the game viewing activity on offer.

Day 2: Okavango Delta

  • This morning you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with three semi-habituated elephants - Jabu, Thembi and Marula on a morning walk.
  • Observe them up close in their natural environment as they feed, take mud baths and swim, whilst learning about them and discovering their unique personalities.
  • Morning and afternoon game drive and walks are on offer.

Days 3-5: Moremi Game Reserve

  • The flying time to Chiefs Camp is approximately 15 minutes from Baines.
  • The days are at leisure to enjoy the game viewing activities on offer.
  • An optional extra activity - depart from Chiefs Camp on this scenic45 minute helicopter flight involving flying west of the game drive routes towards the permanent Delta, exposing you to areas which are unreachable by vehicle or boat.

Days 6-8: Chobe National Park

  • The flying time from Chiefs to Kasane is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • A short game drive/ transfer from the airport to Chobe Chilwero take one pastsightings of the Chobe river and her famous wildlife.
  • The following days are at leisure to enjoy the game viewing activities on offer.
  • Enjoy thrilling guided game drives in open-sided 4X4 vehicles that bring you to the heart of Africa's largest concentration of elephants, as well as join one of the acclaimed guides on a wondrous water safari on specially adapted motorboats.
  • Spa facilities are also on offer and come highly recommended.

Day 9: Botswana Luxury Safari ends, Livingstone/ Victoria Falls

  • Enjoy a morning game viewing activity followed by breakfast.
  • You will transfer to Kasane airport for your onward light aircraft flight to Livingstone airport.
  • Depart Livingstone on a scheduled flight for onward journey.
