The team of master chefs will tantalise your taste buds and add to your 5-star experience with gourmet pan-African delicacies served three times a day.
Almost every aspect from snacks all the way through to main meals and desserts are handmade in-house. The majority of ingredients are sourced from community suppliers and farmers in the surrounding area.
Complimented by a hand-picked wine menu and classic cocktails, guests can opt to dine al fresco on the terrace or inside in the cosy dining area (weather dependant).
Zambezi Grande's central guest area, the social hub of the lodge offers up that traditional authentic African feel with a contemporary design.
Open plan lounge and a small library, dining area, fully stocked bar (with TV) and entrance hall all lead out on to a shaded area with seating and a fire pit. All areas offer views out over the mighty Zambezi River and beyond.
Off to the side of the main lodge is a rim-flow swimming pool with loungers for tanning.
The strongest WiFi signal is found in and around the lounge area.
