Six magnificent canvas tents, each with private private-viewing decks, a reading area and en-suite bathroom facilities (with hot shower).
A true get back to nature experience awaits yet in the confines of luxury.
- 6x - 1 bedroomed luxury tents configured to suit every individual traveller within the group.
A private chef accompanies the group throughout, offering up bush cooked cuisine of the highest standards, all with fresh and local produce.
A pre-selected (by you) selection of wines, beers and any other alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) beverages are available throughout one's stay.
The heart and soul of this experience is to get up close and personal with the wildlife of the Serengeti and Grumeti; as the camp is mobile, one does forgo a few of the luxuries that one would normally associate with a Singita property; namely swimming pools and Spa areas.
One will not be surprised that a dining area and a small lounge area are also set up with all the expected luxuries and offerings of a lodge in this price bracket.
Guests have access to a range of activities; these include early morning and late afternoon (into the evening) game drives and guided bush walks in the Serengeti National Park.
Children of all ages are welcome as this is an exclusive-use experience when staying at Singita Explorer Tented Camp. Child-friendly safari activities, private vehicles, meals and accommodation are all prearranged beforehand to best accommodate all guests.
Please note that this is a malaria area, and the camp is set up with no fencing; wildlife will walk through the camp.
As this is a mobile camp, no spa facilities are available within the camp. Although spa treatments are available at any nearby Singita lodges, ask the camp manager to arrange this for you.
