The Serengeti Sopa Lodge can accommodate up to 170 guests in 73 rooms and suites all with adequate en-suite bathrooms facilities and air-conditioning.
Decor and furnishings are basic yet functional with vivid colours throughout.
The meals are served in the main restaurant and are prepared in international and local Tanzania flavors by professionally trained chefs. The dining room has superb bay windows overlooking the park with spectacular views from the hilltop.
The main bar area overlooks the swimming pool and is well stock with wines, beers, alcohol and cool drinks.
The main guest areas at the Serengeti Sopa Lodge include indoor reception, lounge, large dining area and bar all decorated in a bright and vivid theme. Outdoors overlooking the vastness of the Serengeti is a swimming pool and bar area.
The large swimming pool offers a refreshing interlude between game drives, as well as wonderful views over the rolling plains of the Serengeti.
There is also a small gym, TV room and a curio shop. Wi-Fi is available throughout all the main guest areas.
Morning and afternoon game drives in 4x4 safari vehicles are on the cards, no other activities are on offer. This is the best way to see all that the Serengeti National Park has to offer in terms of wildlife.
