A landscape of sun-bleached plains, mighty baobabs and hardy shrubs, Ruaha is home to large numbers of lions, elephants, buffalo and as well as endangered African wild dogs.

During the rainy season, visitors can hear the incredible thundering of the Ikuka waterfalls and even witness the Mwagusi beginning to flow after being dry for seven months. The dry season is equally exciting, with opportunities to spot buffalo herds in the riverbed and elephants digging in the sand for water.

Rooms and Suites

Jabali Ridge offers visitors eight expansive and airy luxury suites with the aid of wooden shutters that open up to showcase the scenery that surrounds.

All suites offer king-sized and twin beds, stunning en-suite bathrooms with indoor showers as well as private outdoor lounges.

Wi-Fi is available in all suites, although connection speeds do vary depending on the distance from the main lodge.

Cuisine and Wine

Everything at Jabali is homemade, from fresh bread and cakes to salads and ice creams and everything in between.
