There is no room or suite is alike at Plantation Lodge, each one is individually decorated and all vary in actual size.
17 standard rooms are of a spacious nature featuring en-suite bathroom facilities with showers, king-sized or single beds, a wood-burning stove and a small verandah.
6 suites offer a more private feel while being larger in nature than that of a standard suite whilst offering similar amenities.
All of the fruit and vegetables are grown on the premises or sourced from local farmers. The chefs and kitchen staff at Plantation Lodge are well known for some of the freshest and tastiest meals of any lodge in the area.

- Lunchtime, yummy al fresco dishes are served indoor or outdoor depending on what the weather is up to.
- Dinners are usually a four-course affair with a good selection of wine and beer on offer.
Out by the swimming pool one can relax, read, swim or even dream under the African sun on one of the many loungers. The main viewing veranda is where one gets that opportunity at the end of a long day of activities to sit back and relax while watching the setting sun.
A highlight of the lodge are those large tropical gardens with manicured lawns, one can wonder about these gardens all day - birdlife is really good.

Plantation Lodge is a stone's throw from the entrance to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Lake Manyara National Park, and of interest just a short journey from the Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks.
The Lodge is located in a farming district and offers local tours to coffee plantations and surrounding farms.
Centrally located resulting in the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding bushveld and attractions.
Plantation Lodge does welcome families with children of all ages, although the lodge does not especially cater for younger children though.
Massage treatments are on offer from the in-house masseuse should you require a bit of pampering.
