Botswana Photo Gallery
Just a few photo galleries that we as a team have taken within Botswana on our numerous safaris over the past all most 20 years. Our aim is simple, to showcase this amazing country and her wildlife from our perspective and not that of a professional photographer. Normal people taking normal photos :)
As one can imagine with camera in hand, it is not difficult to take great photos in this country that has wildlife and birdlife around every corner.
Any modern DSLR or point and shoot camera that has a reasonably large zoom lens will suffice, although we would suggest at least a 300mm lens for a DSLR.
Please note that all these images are copyrighted to us here at Uyaphi.com.
Images Of Botswana
Botswana Wildlife Pictures
Botswana is of course all about the wildlife (and to a lesser degree the scenery), so here we have selected a few wildlife photographs that we as a team have taken over the past two decades.
Okavango Delta Pictures
Photographs in the Okavango Delta all taken by the team here at Uyaphi.com. Whether you are on a boat, game drive vehicle or simply walking the Delta on foot, the photo opportunities that surround you are simply out of this World.
Botswana Bird Pictures
Here we have a few photographs of the birds that we at Uyaphi.com have come across on our travels around Botswana. Also, have a look at out Botswana Bird list should you be like us and have a huge interest in these magnificent creatures.
Botswana Aerial Pictures
All images are of the scenic vistas that Botswana has to offer taken from either inside or standing next to a light aircraft. These are the aircraft that one gets transferred in when going from one lodge to lodge or destination to destination.
Chobe River Pictures
The Chobe River in the north of the Chobe National Park offers visitors a unique chance to see wildlife and birdlife from a completely different vantage point. It is not often that one gets a chance to see Africa's wildlife from a boat, this is a unique opportunity.
Botswana Scenery Pictures
The scenery that one gets to experience in Botswana is completely different to what her neighbours have on offer. Botswana does not have mountain ranges, canyons, mountain passes, scenic coastlines or lovely beaches.
