Davison's Camp is situated deep inside Hwange National Park, within the particular south-eastern Linkwasha Concession which happens to be one of the finest wildlife observing regions within the whole National Park.
This Hwange Safari Lodge is a classic African tented camp, having the actual rooms tastefully concealed underneath a forest of false mopane trees, looking over a waterhole and open plain.
Given the name after the creator of Hwange National Park and its first warden, Ted Davison, this camp, together with it's eight tents and a family tent, delivers a fantastic bush experience
Both the tents and the separate main area, comprising a lounge, dining room, and open campfire area, look out over the productive waterhole.
Activities around Davison's Camp include game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, or guided walks in the early mornings, while during the siesta hours, guests can view wildlife coming down to the waterhole to drink from their tent veranda or the main area.
