Reserve Information
The Khwai Private Reserve is a tourism spot in the Okavango Delta area of Botswana. The reserve is roughly 8000 hectares in size, and it shares borders with the Moremi Game Reserve located to the south and the Chobe National Park situated to the northeast.
The reserve comprises many ecosystems, ranging from lush floodplains and grasslands to ebony forests and crystal-clear waterways.
The Khwai is home to abundant wildlife, including elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, lion, leopard, wild dog and cheetah, and numerous species of birds and reptiles.
Khwai Private Reserve has been managed since 2005 by conservation experts who use sustainable practices to preserve its biodiversity for future generations. This makes it one of Africa's premier safari destinations where visitors can get close to nature without compromising preservation efforts.
Rooms And Suites
Sable Alley Camp offers guests luxurious and stylish accommodations in twelve tented suites. Each suite is spacious, with 600 square feet of private space, and includes sliding doors that open onto wooden decks, which offer views of the lagoon.
The suites are decorated with an Afro-chic design and feature a variety of amenities, such as a luxurious en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower options.
The camp has nine twin suites with beds that can be converted into king-size upon request. There is also one honeymoon suite for couples celebrating their special occasions and two family-tented suites to accommodate larger groups or families.

Sable Alley is renowned for its delicious cuisine and exquisite selection of wines. With a dedicated team of chefs, the menu consists of fresh international dishes with a uniquely African twist.

Throughout the day and night, many different types of wildlife can be spotted at the waterhole situated in front of the camp.
The central guest area also sports a stunning swimming pool with sundeck; from here, spot wildlife or relax in the heat of a Botswana day.
There is no WiFi or cell phone reception at the camp.
Safari Activities
