Ol Pejeta Bush Camp: A Stunning Safari Camp Positioned On The Banks Of The Ewaso Ngiro River
Ol Pejeta is a stunning little safari camp positioned on the banks of the Ewaso Ngiro River in the heart of the famed 'big-5' Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
A host of safari activities within the Ol Pejeta Conservancy (some at additional cost), including; game drives, horse riding and walking safaris, are available. The activity that we highly recommend is the safari option to visit the last two 'northern white rhinos' left on planet Earth, a very sobering East African experience, to say the least.
Ol Pejeta Bush Camp by the Asilia Africa collection is perfect for individuals, couples, romantics and families alike. Safari veterans and safari first-timers to Kenya will enjoy everything on offer within the exceptional wildlife region.
Rooms and Suites
Seven tented safari suites are available, including one family suite. Each has a wooden viewing deck, comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms with a flushing toilet and hot-water bucket showers.
The family suite consists of a large viewing deck, two en-suite bedrooms and a lounge area that separates the two rooms, perfect for a family of 4 or even 5 at a squeeze.
Cuisine and Wine
The cuisine at Ol Pejeta Bush Camp by Asilia Africa will always be a hearty and delicious affair. Breakfasts with continental or English options, lunch buffet with salad, pasta and pizza, and a three-course dinner to top the day off.
Produce is sourced from a local women’s co-op or local farmers, ensuring tourism revenue stays within the local community.
The wine selection is nothing to sneeze at. With a variety of reds, whites, and bubbly options, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you are looking for a hearty red to pair with your steak dinner or a crisp white to go with your seafood salad, Ol Pejeta Bush Camp has you covered.
Most dietary requests are catered for with advance notice.

It was one of those rare moments where you take in the majesty of nature in complete silence, disturbing nothing, saying nothing. Located in the southern suburbs of Nairobi is an English manor house. When it was built, the country was unclaimed bush rampant with African wildlife. The home of Karen Blixen is nearby who posthumously lends her name to this suburb, Karen.Hells Gate Kenya
