There are 20 'Meru styled' tents are situated around well-manicured lawns or along the edge of the valley. Each of the tents features twin beds, ensuite shower and toilet, mini safe and fan.
The camp perimeter is fenced to keep the elephant from moving through the camp. Instead, they now move around the camp boundary, along their well-worn paths to and from the Chobe River.
The tents allow guests to hear the multitude of night sounds as they drift away with vivid thoughts of the experienced of the day on safari.
All meals are provided, and dinner can be enjoyed in the boma under the African sky.
Open guest areas, a secluded hide, refreshing swimming pool and 'Meru styled' tents complete the lodge which lies beneath a forest of sturdy knob thorns. It is within these tree tops that the largest colony of white back vultures occurs.
Guests at Elephant Valley Lodge are encouraged to join the qualified guides on both daily activities; these include a river cruise along the Chobe River in one of the spacious skimmers and an afternoon safari from the comfort of a custom built game viewer in the Chobe National Park.
