Introduction
Chobe Elephant Camp offers up incredible views overlooking the famous Chobe River and her floodplains brimming with wildlife. The camp is perched on a rocky ridge offer guests a comfortable refuge from the harsh African conditions.
The eco-friendly camp is located on the western perimeter of the Chobe National Park with wildlife and birdlife second to none.
Rooms and Suites
With only 12 safari rooms accommodating a maximum of 24 guests, Chobe Elephant Camp is one of the more private and intimate camps in the Chobe region of Botswana.
The general decor in all rooms is that of a rustic safari theme. All rooms have spectacular views over the Chobe River from their private verandahs, seriously comfortable bedding and of course en-suite bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor showers.
A two bedroom chalet is perfect for families or couples who want that little bit more space.
Cuisine and Wine
Excellent cuisine is on offer in the dining area or outside in the open air boma. A fully stocked bar with local and international beers, wines and spirits is on offer.
Should one participate in one of the full day safari activities available, delicious picnic baskets are provided.
Lodge Facilities
The central guest area of Chobe Elephant Camp is situated on a ridge overlooking the spectacular Chobe river floodplain below.
A highlight of the camp is the swimming pool (other than the views) with viewing deck onto a private waterhole brimming with wildlife.
Safari Activities
Highly trained and professional guides expose one to all the local wildlife, birdlife and culture that the Chobe offers on twice daily game drives and cultural tours.

Family Friendly
Families with children are welcome, the minimum age for children being 2 years and upwards. Note; we do advise that older children are more suitable; limited or no activities for little ones to participate in, swimming pool is unfenced and the camp is unfenced (wildlife does wonder though).
