Their professional staff will outline the conveniences - laundry, airport shuttles, secure parking - then tell you about our elegant pool, the terrace overlooking the harbour and offshore islands, and our popular a la carte restaurant, with its fresh seafood and imported wines. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: Accommodation is charmingly decorated in an individual style with an emphasis in the lounge and dining areas on custom crafted wood furniture and fittings. With bathrooms en-suite, all rooms offer a breezy perspective of the bay. For maximum comfort, airy mosquito nets are hung and windows are fitted with shutters against the occasional rain shower. The Acacia rooms have air-conditioning and internet access. FOOD & WINE: Casa Rex has an excellent restaurant with full A la Carte menu available for Lunch & Dinner offering a combination of cuisines. They concentrate on sourcing local, fresh produce and as a result several of our dishes use seafood caught in the tropical waters just off shore and our divine peri peri chicken is testimony to the incorporation of their Portuguese heritage. FACILITIES: There is wireless ADSL internet access throughout the hotel, in the rooms as well as in the public areas. There are 2 sparkling swimming pools for use by hotel residents. Both incorporate panoramic ocean views.
