Nungubane Lodges are a mere three hours from Johannesburg in the sprawling wilderness of the Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, situated in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.
Malaria Free and in the heart of the spectacular Waterberg (Water Mountains), Nungubane are surrounded by 35000 hectare of raw African bush that is home to the African Big Five - rhino, lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo - as well as 16 species of antelope and over 250 species of bird. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: The lodge features luxury thatched chalets that have their own private game viewing deck with majestic views over the sprawling reserve where guests can view the splendour of an African sunrise to the sounds of the wakening African bush. The Lodge has 5 luxury chalets, and can accommodate a combined total of 10 guests, ensuring both personal and exceptional service. Bathrooms are en-suite and each chalet has the additional feature of an open-air shower to add to the thrill of your experience in the African bush. For your convenience all chalets are fitted with ceiling fans, and have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and bathroom amenities.
