Royal Legend Safari Lodge is located in the Timbavati Game Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger National Park (Near Hoedspruit town in the Limpopo Province, South Africa). From the moment you set foot in the entrance of Royal Legend Safari Lodge, the comfort and elegance of the lodge reaches out and welcomes you. This is in sharp contrast to the untouched bush surroundings, which is home to the wildlife that will make your stay memorable. Nestled along the banks of a seasonal river, the ten luxurious chalets of the lodge all command a magnificent view of the watercourse and it's surrounding lush vegetation. The lodge not only provides luxurious facilities in beautiful surroundings, but also prides itself on being flexible and catering to the needs of the guests. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: The chalets, built with minimum intrusion into the natural environment, provide guests an almost unbroken view of the river from the comfort of their beds through the glass doors on two side of the chalet. Each chalet at Royal Legend Safari Lodge has it's own private deck, air-conditioning and mosquito nets over the beds. A bar fridge and safe are tucked away in reeded cupboards. The extra length king or twin-bedded rooms feature artwork made by skilled local villagers. FOOD & WINE: Meals are taken in the massive thatched entertainment area, where the arrangement of the furniture provides a cozy feel. This enhanced by two large circular fireplaces, which provide a focal point and the ideal location to discuss game sightings on a chilly winter's night.
