This is Cape Town accommodation at its finest, offering a world class health spa to tend to your well-being. With its completely refurbished and luxurious suites, this historic Cape Dutch manor is nestled against the beautiful vineyards and forests covering the gentle slopes of Tokai. Stillness Manor is based in Tokai, one of Cape Town's most secluded suburbs and predominantly and equestrian area. Jointly operated, it is set in the midst of beautiful and lush surroundings. Nestled in the shadow of the Steenberg Mountains, Stillness exudes a tone of quiet strength and pristine purity, which is the essence of this health resort. The well-equipped facilties are tailored to be as efficient and comfortable as possible and thus create a setting that is conducive to your wellbeing. ROOM AND SUITE TYPES : Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which includes 6 spacious suites and an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottages tucked away in the Manor's lush grounds. Peace, seclusion, privacy and unrivalled views best describe this hidden jewel. Stillness Manor's suites are furnished in rich fabrics and muted colours providing a fresh contrast with the opulent and vibrant greenery seen through every window. Each suite is spacious and has its own alarm, radio, compact disc player, mini bar and tea / coffee making facilities. FOOD & WINE: Breakfast is served either in the conservatory or on the terrace where one may enjoy magnificent views of the Constantia Valley and the Hottentots Holland Mountains. Stillness Manor also has a seperate dining room for private functions and a comfortable cigar lounge. FACILITIES/ACTIVITIES: – Swimming Pool – Spa Facilities include: 6 treatment rooms Sauna Steam room Gym equipped with latest MIHA fitness equipment imported from Germany Heated indoor pool (20 meters) Outside meditation temple hidden in the forest. A variety of spa treatments are available at Stillness Manor & Spa, however Ginkgo spa treatments are no longer offered. |
