Little Makalolo is a comfortable five-roomed tented camp and one of the few camps located within the Hwange National Park, which offers privacy for guests who enjoy small camps and a sense of remoteness. It is built among teak trees looking towards a waterhole and pan which is about 100m away from camp. The camp is built on the ground, unlike Makalolo Plains, which is raised up on decking. There is a hide in front of the camp which gives great views onto the waterhole. The area is ecologically diverse, ensuring a varied food "pantry", which feeds great numbers of animals year round. Makalolo is one of the best areas for predators, Buffalo and Elephant - all featuring regularly in the experience. |

ROOM & SUITE TYPES: The tented rooms each have en-suite facilities, including a flush toilet, and shower with hot and cold running water - as well as an outdoor shower under the stars.
