Rates: From R3 665.00 per person sharing Currency Converter  Day 1: Kruger National Park » Early morning on day 1 we depart Johannesburg, the city of Gold and head off on an adventure of a lifetime. » A truly unique African experience unfolds as we enter the Kruger Park via one of the Southern gates. » The Park is home to 150 species of mammal, including Africa's famed Big Five. » The staggering 507 bird species, plus the wide variety of insects, reptiles and amphibians make this the ultimate wildlife experience. » We board open safari vehicles and enjoy our first exciting game drive en-route to our camp, taking in the sheer beauty of the African bush along the way. » After settling into camp we venture out into the bush as we track the creatures of the night on a sunset game drive. » On return we enjoy a delicious meal around the campfire. » Overnight: Camping in permanent dome tents with bedding (sleeping bags) provided. » (D) Day 2: Kruger National Park » On day 2 after an early rise we break camp, departing last night's camp at first light. » Our game drive takes us to some of the best game drive routes within the Kruger Park, giving us the opportunity to view the varied landscapes, ecosystems and abundant wildlife. » The entire day is spent game viewing, bird watching and stopping off at the various waterholes en-route to our central camp. » After an adventure filled day we arrive at our camp for this evening and are greeted with the aroma of traditional African meal. » Camping in permanent dome tents with bedding (sleeping bags) provided. » (B/ D) Day 3: Kruger National Park » Up at daybreak on our third day, we discover more of the Kruger's amazing ecosystems on an early morning game walk. » This activity is accompanied by armed Kruger Park rangers who give us the opportunity to experience the real Kruger on foot. » We enjoy breakfast back at camp before heading out on our open game drive vehicle again till the late afternoon when we making our way out of Kruger and to Mafunyani Cultural Village. » Here we will learn more about this regions local tribe and may have the chance to sample their' musical talents, as well as enjoying a traditional Dinner. » After our cultural experience we head for a private safari lodge, where we spend the rest of the evening at leisure. » Lodge accommodation in twin share rooms with en-suites » (B/ D) Day 4: Johannesburg » An early rise as we head out on a morning bush walk. » Guided by a qualified nature guide, we learn about nature's finer details like bird, tree and spoor identification. » After breakfast, we depart the Lodge and our journey takes us through the Mpumalanga Province as we travel along the Drakensberg Escarpment to view the spectacular setting of the Three Rondawels overlooking the Blyde River Canyon. » We then continue our journey, arriving in the late afternoon at our finishing point Amadwala Lodge, Johannesburg. » (B) Included in this safari; All ground transportation, services of experienced qualified driver/guide, camping equipment (two person dome tents with beds & linen provided, cooking equipment), all included highlights, meals as specified on itinerary, entrance fees & accommodation per itinerary Excluded from this safari; Travel Insurance, flights, items of a personal nature, drinks, and optional activities - Booking Conditions |
