Relaxation is spent in the guest lounge or soaking up the sun on loungers by the eleven meter, salt water, heated swimming pool. Hearty breakfasts are served daily on the verandah which overlooks a mass of iceberg roses and rolling lawns. In the evenings candlelit dinners are tastefully prepared by our resident chef. This completes the perfect way to end a day spent at leisure or discovering the sights that Cape Town has to offer. Your hosts, Wendy, Annette and David Stringer welcome you with true Capetonian hospitality. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: Elegant, private and luxuriously appointed bedrooms are furnished in a contemporary Cape style with modern en-suite bathrooms and private patios overlooking the magnificent gardens. Each of the rooms are complemented with air-conditioning, internet access, a minibar, digital safe and all the comforts of a five star establishment. The Superior Suites also offer a kitchenette facility. FOOD & WINE: Dinners are a four course set menu, which changes daily, with pre-dinner drinks in the guest lounge at 7.00pm and dinner in the dining room thereafter. A two course dinner menu is available on request. Please ensure that dinner bookings are made either the day before or in the morning before 11.00am. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking. Those guests wishing to have friends join them are most welcome. FACILITIES: - A digital safe is provided in each room. - Laundry - Minibar - Parking - Pool Area ACTIVITIES: The lodge is situated fifteen minutes drive from Cape Town city centre and Waterfront areas.
