It is regarded as one of the finest conservation areas in Africa and is taking its place as South Africa's top wildlife destination. With over 400 bird species, the biggest elephant population outside the Kruger National Park, all the predators including the endangered wild dog, both black and white rhino, a healthy population of buffalo. You will experience a Big Five safari adventure while staying at The Bush House. Game drives in open 4x4's with qualified guides take you into the heart of the bush to witness the interaction of the many species, where nothing lives in isolation and where survival means not only life, but also death. The savage beauty of an African Wilderness. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: There are five ensuite rooms. Each room is tastefully furnished with air-conditioner, hair dryer, coffee and tea facility, percale linen, shower and bath. A personal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere is guaranteed. FOOD & WINE: The chefs at The Bush House a wonderful culinary repertoire whether it is breakfast in the garden, high-tea packed with treats or a fire-lit dinner in the boma under the stars. FACILITIES/ACTIVITIES: Enjoy relaxing in the large shaded garden overlooking the best waterhole in Madikwe. Lounge at the pool while the staff take care of your every need or take a walk on the wild side through the private nature trail which is within the fenced boundaries of camp. Two game drives are conducted daily under the expertise of a professional guide. |
