Impodimo in the Madikwe Game Reserve is perhaps best described as a vast area where enselbergs rise from the savannahs and an area that is given life from the Marico River. Madikwe Game Reserve, 75,000 hectares of unique topography and breathtaking beauty, home to the 'BIG 5' mammals and bird life. Impodimo Game Lodge is run by part owners Steve and Debbie Tucker who are there to make sure that your experience has the personal touch. They have gone to great lengths to put just the right team together and so far they have a winning combination. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: Carved from the hillside, eight glass fronted luxury chalets line a natural spring, each enjoying striking views either from within or from the outdoor shower. The lodge enjoys spectacular vistas extending as far as the eye can see. A maximum of 16 Guests can be accommodated. All suites are air-conditioned and feature fireplaces and private decks. Chalets also feature full en-suite facilities, outside showers and mini bar fridges. FACILITIES: Children are welcome at Impodimo and we love to go out of our way to ensure that kids and parents both have an unforgettable safari experience. Kids may participate in our kiddies program, where the children are entertained and occupied with fun and educational activities. Each child on arrival will receive a personalised pack with goodies and activities to do in between safaris. Some of the supervised activities include biscuit baking and decoration, plaster casting of animal tracks, paper mask making, and art using leaves and seeds collected whilst enjoying a guided educational kiddies walk around the camp! |
