Hamiltons Tented Camp - situated in the Kruger National Park, one of South Africa's most unique camps with unrivalled design, service, ambience and personalised cuisine. All of which characterises an atmosphere of uncompromising elegance and a fine tradition of luxury in true 'Out of Africa' style. Named after Colonel Stephenson Hamilton, who was instrumental in establishing the world famous Kruger National Park. Hamiltons has a swimming pool, offers a butler service, and transfers are available from the Eastgate Airport in Hoedspruit and the KMI Airport outside Nelspruit. Game viewing at Tented Camp is truly spectacular and the lodge is home to creatures great and small. Kruger 's Big 5 - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo as well as a diverse variety of entelope, birds and insects. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: At Hamiltons there are six magnificent tented chalets with flowing mosquito nets, slipper baths, an outdoor shower with a superb view of the Ngwenyeni dam, linked by raised timber walkways amongst ancient Jackalberry trees. Hamiltons Tented Camp sleeps a total of 12 guests. All rooms at Hamiltons have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioners and an intercom service between rooms. FOOD & WINE: With a view overlooking the river, enjoy a silver-service dining experience with magnificient cuisine freshly prepared to your satisfaction.
