Each room is on a raised deck and has an outdoor shower also. The room interiors are of the same standard as its sister Chitabe Camp. There is a dining area, lounge and pub with superb views overlooking the surrounding flood plains, and a small pool. Chitabe Lediba activities consist of game walks, day and night game drives in open 4x4 vehicles accompanied by an experienced guide. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Reedbuck, Buffalo, Giraffe, Impala, Kudu and Hippo are among the major game attractions of the area. Wild dogs occur in the Chitabe area. Access to Chitabe Lediba Camp is only by aircraft. Chitabe Lediba and Chitabe main camps are within walking distance of each other and hence can be combined for a group of up to 24 guests. Chitabe Lediba Tent details: · Each tent is on a raised deck · En-suite facilities within the tent · Outdoor showers in addition to internal showers · Fans in all tents · Verandas overlooking the flood plains · Mosquito nets in all the tents · Soaps, shampoos, lotions, gowns, torches and insect repellents are supplied in each tent Chitabe Lediba Activities: · Land game drives in open 4x4 Land Rovers - Chitabe has 2x 10-seater Land Rovers, each accommodating a maximum of 7 guests so that each guest is afforded an outside seat · Day and Night drives · Walking safaris are offered from Chitabe · Hides, one within walking distance · Sleep outs at the hides on request |
