Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Moshi
- Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Springlands Hotel.
- Evening briefing and equipment check.

Day 2: Ascend to 3,500 metres
- Drive to Londorossi Park Gate.
- Walkthrough plantations, farmlands and plains, with the chance to see buffalo, Roan and other antelope.
- 6-8 hours walking.

- Shira 1 Camp
Day 3: Ascend to 3,840 metres
- Trek across heathland, grassy moorland and the plateau's rock formations.
- 4-5 hours walking.

Day 4: Ascend to 4,200 metres
- Traverse the northern icefields on a steady ascent to Moir.
- 4-8 hours walking.

Day 5: Descend to 3,900 m
- Trek across the lava ridges with incredible views of the towering glacier.
- 5-7 hours walking.

Day 6: Ascend to 4,600 metres
- Steep morning climb on the southeastern flank of Kibo.
- 6-8 hours walking.

Day 7: Summit 5,895 metres and descend
- Depart during the early hours for Stella Point, before the final trek to Gilman's Point and Uhuru Peak.

Day 8: Moshi
- A gentle descent through lush forest to the base of the park.
- 4-6 hours walking.

Tarangire Sopa Lodge
