 Zambezi explorer canoe safariSAFARI HIGHLIGHTS:This long haul canoe safari is for the people who want to canoe the length of the lower Zambezi River in Zambia - from just below the Kariba Gorge to Feira on the Mozambique border. This is the longest canoe safari run by Safari Par Excellence and Zambezi River Adventures - encompassing the entire length of the lower Zambezi River. Passing the fabled Mana Pools National Park on your right and then the Lower Zambezi National Park on the left - the safari starts downstream from the Kariba dam wall, below the Kariba Gorge and on through the flood plains and channels of the lower Zambezi River. Departure: Scheduled and tailor-made departure dates. Duration: 9 Days / 8 Nights. Accommodation: Camping. Distance covered: +- 268km Canoeing experience: No previous canoeing experience is necessary Group Size: Minimum 2. Note: Travel insurance is compulsory for all safaris.
