Kirurumu Tented Lodge is set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, enjoying a marvellous, uplifting and panoramic view eastward over Lake Manyara, the Rift floor and Mt. Losimingori. Behind Kirurumu, the Ngorongoro Highlands rise in green and fertile splendour and form the gateway to Ngorongoro Crater and, finally, Olduvai Gorge, the Serengeti.

Kirurumu Tented Lodge is a comfortable lodge, built with sensitivity and commitment to eco-sensitive tourism, as well as ensuring the comfort of guests. First class service, very comfortable and well-spaced accommodation, delicious home cooked food and a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere may all be taken for granted at Kirurumu.

ROOM & SUITE TYPES:

Each of the 22 rooms/tents at Kirurumu Tented Lodge are fully and tastefully furnished with a wooden verandah with armchairs and table, has full en-suite facilities (flush toilet, shower, handbasin), towels and all other soft bedding & furnishings. There is 24 hour electricity. The Lodge has a gift shop and a thatched dining room serving local and European dishes, and there is a well-stocked bar with incredible views from the terrace over Lake Manyara.
