DAY 1: CAPE TOWN (THE KALAHARI SAFARI BEGINS)
» After checking in, we explore the Cape region today, visiting Cape Point, The Cape Of Good Hope and the colony of African Penguins of Simon's Town
» We complete the day 1000m above the Mother City, on Table Mountain
» Dine with the management tonight, enjoying an overview of what we are about to subject ourselves to, in the days to come

DAY 2: CEDERBERG MOUNTAINS
» After our last civilized breakfast, we depart for the Cedarberg Mountains, Set up camp in the mountains and prepare for the following day's hike

DAY 3: CEDERBERG MOUNTAINS
» We rise with the sun and set out in search of the Maltese cross in the Cedarberg Mountains
» After an eventful hike, we visit a wine farm in the mountains to savour the wines of the Cedarberg
» Return to our base, refresh in the cold waters of the mountain streams and enjoy a campfire in the cold clear mountain air

DAY 4: AUGRABIES NATIONAL PARK
» We vacate camp and make our way towards the Augrabies National Park
» The Kalahari Desert is harsh in reality
» We spend the late afternoon sipping sundowners at a viewpoint overlooking the longest river in South Africa - The Orange River

DAY 5: KURUMAN
» Early morning finds the Land Rover on an extensive game drive in search of the animals found in the Augrabies National Park
» We return for a well-earned brunch, break camp and make our way closer to Botswana and the true Kalahari Desert
» We camp in Kuruman tonight

DAY 6: MABUASEHUHE GAME RESERVE
» Big sand, the true adventure begins
» We cross the border into Botswana, and drive the long and sandy road to our new home for the next three days
» Mabuasehube Game Reserve, a 57000kmē pristine wilderness area dedicated to the animals endemic to the desert region
» Set up camp and relax after the tedious day on the road
» Large camel thorn campfire tonight to ward off the predators

DAY 7: MABUASEHUHE GAME RESERVE
» We rise with the sun and scout the dunes, searching for telltale signs of the predators of the night
» The long drive is rewarded by a hearty brunch and siesta in the heat of the daybr>
» The Kalahari Desert is a raptor paradise, and we are sure to find the birds of prey of the desert
» We end the day with our late afternoon game drive in the Landy

DAY 8: MABUASEHUHE GAME RESERVE
» Today we explore different corners of this pristine wilderness, hoping to meet the majestic black maned Kalahari lion or the nomadic brown hyena
» Watch in fascination as the male sand grouse takes water back to his chicks in his feathers
» Late afternoon game drives to absorb the solitude and escape the reality of modern life

DAY 9: GHANZI
» With open eyes we leave this area and make our way slowly northwards towards Ghanzi and the People of the Desert - The San People
» We set up camp in a community campsite and rid ourselves of the red sand under cold showers
» Relax and interact with the local San population
» The evening is spent enjoying traditional Bushman dancing or story telling
» Our homeland seems far away tonight
» An educational and humbling Cultural day today

DAY 10: MAUN
» We rise with the sun and experience the ways of the Hunters and Gatherers, learning the arts of survival in this harsh land
» After this learned experience we bid farewell to these noble people and travel onto Maun and the start of the next adventure

DAY 11: MOREMI GAME RESERVE
» We spend the morning preparing for the following days in the premier wilderness area of Botswana
» Clients have an option to do an own expense flight over the Okavango Delta in a light plane and upon returning, enjoy lunch in a local restaurantbr>
» Thereafter we head out on the long road for the Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park
» National Parks unsurpassed in their ability to produce the wildlife we seek

DAYS 12,13,14: MOREMI GAME RESERVE (Program dependant on seasonal wildlife migration)
» We undertake game drives into the distant corners of the Moremi Game Reserve in search of the wildlife of Africa
» Wild Dog, Leopard, Lion, Elephant and Hyena, we are sure to find many species; after all, that is why we have come to Africa
» We camp wild, enjoying the sounds and movement in the dark
» Big campfire safari stories. Fantastic unsurpassed wildlife photographic opportunities

DAYS 15,16: SAVUTI (Program dependant on seasonal wildlife migration)
» A marsh called Savuti is our home for the next two nights
» Here we hope to meet the marsh pride, a pride of lion that have mastered the art of hunting the old bull elephants found here
» We are sure to be visited by the ghost of the darkness, the hyena, in the long and star filled black nights

DAY 17: CHOBE RIVER
» Chobe Safari Lodge and the chance to rid ourselves of the many miles of African dust
» We enjoy the option of sipping cold beers on the sundeck whilst enjoying a commercialised afternoon at the poolside.

DAY 18: VICTORIA FALLS (ZAMBIA)
» A new day, the last country, Victoria Falls in Zambia is calling
» After the border crossing and a short drive we set up camp outside the bustling town of Livingstone
» Today we will visit the world-famous Victoria Falls. (Entry own expense)
» One great way to end a fantastic adventure is by having a second fantastic adventure: Rafting the mighty Zambezi River. Do not be afraid, as this is the ultimate way of forging a unique bond between world travelers who have become friends

DAY 19: VICTORIA FALLS (ZAMBIA)
» Today is yours to raft, fly, jump, ride or sightsee
» The Zambian side of Victoria Falls is a recommendation for its curio market and rainforest

DAY 20: FRANCISTOWN
» After breakfast we cross the migration corridor between Hwange in Zimbabwe and Chobe in Botswana, hoping to add to our long list of sightings
» Lunch is spent at an oasis in the Makgadigadi Saltpans
» We explore the pans in the afternoon in search of Flamingos and Pelicans
» Camp the night for the last time in a beautiful campsite in Francistown

DAY 21: JOHANNESBURG
» Our final day, after border formalities we transverse the Northern Province of South Africa to make our way to our Lodge in Johannesburg
» The evening is spent reminiscing the past 21 days
