Nosy Be

A beautiful tropical island covered with palm trees and stunning beaches is one of Madagascar's main attractions, known for its diving, snorkeling and island hopping. Nosy Be is a must for all to Madagascar.

Sainte Marie

A 57km long island that lies 8km off the coast of Eastern Madagascar with its long beaches, shallow seas and Caribbean feel, Sainte Marie has a completely different atmosphere from Nosy Be and the rest of Madagascar.

Amber Mountain National Park

Seven species of lemur as well as frogs, geckoes, chameleons, snakes as well as 73 species of birds have been recorded in Amber Mountain National Park. The lush and green forests get over 3.5m of rain a year.

Isalo National Park

Isalo National Park offers 3 different species of Lemur and 15 species of frogs as well as offering a wide variety of landscapes and terrain, including sandstone formations, deep canyons, palm-lined oases, and grassland.

Masoala National Park

Masoala is located in northeast corner of Madagascar and is the largest of the island's protected areas. The park covers +- 2,300 square kilometres of rainforest and coastal beaches, coastal forest and mangrove swamps.

Ranomafana National Park

Ranomafana with its rain forested hills and plentiful wildlife, has long been considered one of highlights when on safari in Madagascar. With altitudes in the park ranging from 800m to 1200m, as well as its densely forested hills.

Bezaha Mahafaly Reserve

The Beza Mahafaly Reserve is located in the Southwest corner of Madagascar that contains 5 resident species of lemurs, 12 species of snakes; 2 species of tortoises amongst others. A must on visit destination.

Antsiranana

Antsiranana is set on a small outcrop of land jutting into a large bay that forms one of the finest natural harbors in the Southern Hemisphere. Named after Diogo Soares, a Portuguese navigator who visited the bay in 1543.

Antananarivo

Antananarivo has much to offer, including interesting architecture, bustling markets, a handful of historical sites and very friendly people. The city is situated 145 km (90 miles) away from the eastern coast.
