Day 1: Lake Nakuru National Park
» Leaving your Nairobi hotel after breakfast, you will drive up the spectacular Great Rift Valley, passing Lakes Naivasha and Elmenteita before arriving at Lake Nakuru National Park and Lake Nakuru Lodge in time for lunch.
» In the afternoon enjoy your first glimpse of the Lake's fabled 1.2 million flamingos, perhaps find rhinos grazing on the lakeshore (this park is the nation's largest rhino sanctuary), and arrive back at the Lodge in time for a swim and a sumptuous buffet supper.
» Lake Nakuru Lodge
» Distance/drive time: 195 kms/3 hours
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
» Leaving the lodge after breakfast, continue up the floor of Great Rift Valley with picnic lunch en-route.
» On arrival at the famous Masai Mara National Reserve proceed for an afternoon game-viewing across its rolling savanna plains. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge , which stands high on a hill overlooking the Mara River, home to hundreds of hippo.

» Distance/drive time: 365 kms/6 hours
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
» Two full days on safari in one of the world's most famous reserves.
» Offering an abundance of herbivores, the Mara makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya's famous 'big cats' and hosts her largest population of lions.
» Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that meander its plains.
» Spend each night in the luxurious Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

» Distance/drive time: 2 days game-driving
Day 4: Carnivore Restaurant - Safari Ends
» Drive or take an optional flight back to Nairobi and take lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant with its glowing BBQs serving all manner of meats to include ostrich and many more (plus fish, vegetarian choices, salads etc), Safari ends after dinner.
