Years of preparation are now complete, every second car in Cape Town is sporting a national flag and the excitement in the air is palpable – World Cup 2010 is here!!

Visitors arrive daily and South Africa has put on her best dress to welcome them all. While South Africa is pretty well subscribed over the June/July period, neighbours Namibia and Botswana have not seen the levels of booking they anticipated over this time. This is good news for World Cup visitors who would like to get a real taste of Africa while they are here, or for those wanting to visit but are put off by the prospect of hordes of football fans cluttering the African Bush.

You will see some of the biggest elephant herds in Africa.
