The Peninsula is all about suites - from our one-bedroom mini-suite to the magnificent three-bedroom royal suites. All suites are sea facing and many have spa-baths. The restaurant facilities of the Peninsula Hotel include the Cafe Bijou restaurant and bar, which offers executive chef's culinary delights to hotel residents and visitors alike, with dishes ranging from traditional cape Malay curries to authentic Italian pastas. Conference facilities include the boardroom and the society room, and the sunset restaurant is the ideal venue for weddings and banquets. The hotel offers a variety of wedding packages, each designed to make your special day as memorable as possible. Mini Suite: These suites are either open-plan units consisting of a bedroom, lounge and kitchen with a spa bath and shower, or an open-plan lounge and kitchen with a private bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a separate shower and toilet. Studio Suite: All our Studio Suites comprise an open-plan bedroom and lounge with a separate kitchenette. All have private bathrooms with shower. The majority of the Studio Suites have private balconies and all are sea facing. Luxury Suite: These suites comprise a large lounge with an open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with spa bathroom en-suite, a second bedroom with a shower and toilet. Suites offer sea views from either the lounge or main bedroom. Super Luxury: The Super Luxury Suites have large sea-facing lounges with an open-plan kitchen, a sea facing master bedroom with spa bathroom en-suite, a second bedroom with a separate shower and toilet. Royal Suite: The Royal Suites offer gracious luxury with 3 separate bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a spa bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom with a separate toilet. Each Suite has 3 balconies and a large open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. For the adventurous there are numerous leisure activities and places of interest to keep you entertained during your stay at The Peninsula Hotel. Half day trips on a luxury power boat out to Robben Island introduce you to some big game fishing, scenic flights allow you to soar above the birds and view the Cape Peninsula, the coast line around Cape Town or the wine lands, or experience Cape Town's most famous landmark, Table Mountain. |
