This beautiful Victorian Cottage, newly renovated by one of Cape Towns' top architects, is across the street from Hofmeyr House. The interior reflects the same high quality and style as at Welgelegen. It has two en-suite bedrooms, an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine). The private patio faces the lush greenery of the vast Technikon property it borders. The guests at the Welgelegen Grace Cottage have access to the swimming pool and courtyard as well as all other public areas at Welgelegen. Private secure parking. Many of Cape Town's finest restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance of the Cottage. Attractions in the vicinity include the National Museum & Art Gallery, Green Market Square, Company Gardens and the Parliament Buildings.
