Offering the finest in luxury Kenilworth accommodation, the Hotel will enchant you with it's beauty and elegance. From the sweeping gardens surrounding the establishment, to the majestic trees, pond, and the putting lawn - you will fall in love with this intimate and inviting country house. Highlands Country House Hotel is tastefully furnished with antiques and fine fabrics and set in peaceful surroundings. Every effort has been made to enhance the marble and wooden floors, pressed ceilings, large shuttered sash windows, balustrades and fireplaces of the original. Highlands Country House Hotel is a place of warm welcome and ultimate comfort. HOTEL ROOM & SUITE TYPES: We offer a selection of Loft/Pool Rooms, Executive Rooms, Luxury Rooms as well as a Honeymoon Suite. Elegantly furnished, from every room long sash windows overlook the terraced Italian gardens and water features with two sparkling pools and the putting green. Loft Rooms: The 2 Loft rooms at Highlands are designed for comfort & relaxation. These 2 rooms are firm favorites with guests requesting privacy & space to relax, recover or rejuvenate. The bathrooms have a full bath & separate shower together with a vanity unit and both rooms are fully air conditioned. Pool Room: In same category as the Loft rooms, the pool room has double doors opening directly onto one of the two swimming pools. The room & pool itself are set in a secluded patio-garden with an inviting gazebo and delightful conservatory. Fitted with king size bed, large built in cupboards and vanity unit. This room is without a bath, but does come with a large shower and other facilities, including mini-bar. Executive Room: Designed not only for the business traveler in mind, the five Executive rooms are all beautifully decorated, light and airy. Each different in shape and style. One is without a balcony, but is the most spacious of the five. Three of the rooms have queen size beds, the fourth and fifth can be booked as a twin or with a king size bed. All rooms have private bathrooms with full baths and separate walk-in showers. WiFi-connectivity is available in room. Luxury Rooms: There are four Luxury rooms available in the main house and one situated in the garden. All rooms are generous in size with large king size beds, spacious and inviting bathrooms, with separate bath and shower. Writing tables, easy chairs & sofas, chests of drawers and large built in cupboards offer a home from home environment where guests can spread out & relax. Honeymoon Suite: The largest suite at Highlands, available for any occasion other than for a honeymoon, is situated in the garden. The room has an extra length king size bed, relaxing rocker armchairs and in the sitting room additional comfy chairs. Fully equipped bathroom with large shower and in addition this is the only room with a huge spa bath. FOOD & WINE: Highlands Country House has areas other than the dining room where guests can take breakfast, lunch, tea or supper. The Conservatory is one of these. This area is private from the main house and when set at night with the finest silver and candles, looking over the pool and garden, is without doubt the most beautiful setting for special dinners, intimate dining and family celebrations. Guests are welcome to request teas, lunches and suppers and are encouraged to invite their own guests to join them.
