| Falaza Game Lodge in the privately owned Falaza Game Park near Hluhluwe, protects the remnants of this once mighty sand forest which evolved over 150,000 years ago. The Lodge is situated in sand dunes overlooking the marine shoreline and coral reefs at False Bay. Numerous species of animals have been reintroduced to The Game Park which borders onto the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park. |

| At Falaza Game Lodge, tented en-suite accommodation with tiled floors and private wooden sun-decks are set amongst the trees offering privacy and intimacy with nature. Friendly service and well-planned meals of an extremely high standard ensure a comfortable stay. In the Game Park you will find antelope including Nyala (the first specimen ever recorded was at False Bay), Waterbuck, Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Red Duiker and the rare Suni may all be found in our park. In addition, Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Warthog, Bushpig, Hyaena, Serval, Leopard, Blesbuck, Kudu, Hippo, Rhino and Impala are all found at Falaza Game Park. Game viewing on horseback, foot or in our open four wheel drive vehicle. Wilderness Park has a well equipped cruise boat that carries up to 20 people in absolute comfort along the waterways of this serene environment. A wide variety of large mammals have been reintroduced, besides crocodiles which always resided here, refugee Hippos from Lake St Lucia have chosen this as their new home out of preference above all surrounding wildlife sanctuaries. The Lodge is near Lake St. Lucia's False Bay, Hluhluwe game reserve and is centrally located to South Africa's major game reserves. |
