This boutique hotel is surrounded by lush polo fields and a network of rivers and dams that run underneath and around the hotel. Johannesburg is said to have one of the world's best climates ~ warm summer days, with crisp clear winter days. The climate is delightfully mild neither humid nor too hot. In July and August, mid winter, there are about 6 to 8 weeks of chill. From October through to March it is warm African sunshine and balmy nights. The rainy season is in summer rather than winter and these summer storms are often accompanied by harsh thunder and lightening, but these summer storms are brief and are often followed by sunshine. Each suite is individually themed and decorated to the colours and characteristics of specific horse breeds. The en-suite rooms are spacious with views of either the dam or polo fields, leading onto a small balcony. All suites have air conditioning, under-floor heating, heated towel rails, separate loo, flat screen TV, mini bar fridge, internet point and extra length king size or twin beds. There is no better place to relax, unwind and let one's mind, body and soul be pampered, than in the Vital Source Spa. Situated on the second level of the hotel, our internationally trained therapists will ensure you are thoroughly renewed after your tratments. Elemis and Africology products are used, and all guests are invited to indulge themselves in one of the superb treatments on offer. The chefs are able to cater for any dietary requirements.
