For the Sunday guests that comes for a walk on the farm there is also a picnic basket available. Tea and Coffee are still served in the afternoon. Gerhard's wine cellar is the place to be if you are looking for that something different. It is situated under the main house and stock some of the best wines in South Africa. Gerhard archived the Diners Club Diamond Award for the best wine list in 2001 and 2002. It was awarded to 17 cellars in South Africa. Gerhard's cellar is the only cellar in the Freestate that achieved this award. It can accommodate groups up to 12 people, so it is ideal for those not so formal meetings.
