Chobe Game Lodge is situated in the northern riverine woodlands of the Chobe National Park. About 100km west of Victoria Falls, the lodge overlooks the Chobe River. Guests demanding the ultimate in exclusivity, Game Lodge has 4 river view suites, each with their own plunge pool and a separate lounge area. Other facilities in the lodge include a large swimming pool with terrace and a riverside boma area where traditional dancers perform. A unique opportunity is a sunset cruise along the Chobe River on a double-decker river cruiser, the Mosi-oa-Tunya, with on board bar and snacks. The local guides also offer star gazing on the stargazing deck, slide presentations and garden walks. ROOM & SUITE TYPES: Game Lodge can accommodate up to 94 people in total luxury. The luxury rooms are all river facing and air-conditioned with overhead fans. Each room has a mini-bar, en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a private terrace. Guests demanding the ultimate in exclusivity, Chobe Game Lodge has 4 river view suites, each with their own plunge pool and a separate lounge area. FOOD & WINE: For guests needing to keep in touch, broadband internet access is available at the Thwene bar, a stylish cigar bar with an outside terrace overlooking the Chobe River and a full sized billiard table. FACILITIES/ACTIVITIES: Safari activities at the Chobe National Park are diverse and exciting and tailored to suit individual requirements. Game drives are conducted in 4x4 safari vehicles with resident professional guides. Walking in the nearby Kasane Forests and game viewing by small, shallow draft and highly maneuverable boats is also available.
